Complaints Procedure

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and without delay. This page explains how complaints are handled in a clear, documented manner.

How to submit a complaint

  1. Send details by email to ask@swyxarongrozez.world with subject line “Complaint”.
  2. Include your name, contact details, and a short summary of the issue.
  3. Attach any relevant dates or supporting evidence.

Response times

We acknowledge receipt within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may request internal escalation. Data-protection complaints may also be referred to the UK ICO where relevant.
